Where do you ship?

We are based in Australia and ship worldwide with DHL.

What are your delivery costs?

macgraw ships to destinations within Australia at a flat rate of $10. 

New Zealand $20 | International $50 | All costs in Australian dollars and this flat rate doesn't include local duties and taxes if outside of Australia.

Please note we subsidise most of the international shipping cost to achieve this flat rate

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept credit card, afterpay, G Pay and PayPal transactions.

Do you need a paypal account to buy from macgraw?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How safe is the online macgraw boutique?

We are a HTTPS secure site operating through Shopify.

What is your return policy?

For current season purchases we are happy to refund or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your purchase provided that all items are unworn and/or are in their original condition with labels/tickets attached or in their original packaging.

There is no return or exchange on sale items.

Please note: all return courier or postage costs will be covered by the customer.
